provides extraordinarily fast text recognition for scanning to searchable PDF file. This

photos, slides and negatives, plus the flexibility of being able to scan, share, archive
them and manage douments better. We can do all this at 4800x9600 dpi resolution!
This scanner comes with software that benefits us by removing red eye, it can revoe
dust and scratches and resotres vibrant color to old, faded images. It also scan 3-D
objects and more, this is affordable and easy-to-use.
This will allow the director the easily scan the documents, photos etc and save them is
desired formats

Skype, AOL, Yahoo, MSN and Google. It also has 1 click upload to Facebook. The wide

USER TYPES
Three user accounts should be configured:
 Admin: It is the master access that will control everything. Giving access to
other user accounts is one of the primary tasks.
 Registerd employees: User specific access to the employees who are a part of
the company. They can access specific programs. They can request to admin for
specific requirement or admin can authorized employee for particular period of
time for particular task.
 Guest: No scanning or printing privilege to these users. These users will only be
able to read and access limited information available in public domain.
