According to Pressman (2018) explained that stakeholder mapping is an important tool to help system
analysist to understand system and requirements.
Stakeholders’ interests.
According to Sommerville (2016) explained that identifying and knowing interest of
stakeholders helps analysist and developers in capturing real requirement of system.
Medical staff treats patients and earn some income from the project as salary. Concern of
medical staff is to ensure system functionalities are operating well.
Patients they get treated for mental illness. Concern of patient is to be treated in time.
