INTRODUCTION
Diversity management is based on the process used by organisation in order to improve
organisational culture, environment. The primary objective of study is to identify the importance
of diversity management approach and linked with different kind of HRM functions, which may
support for improving the overall business performance and efficiency. The documentation will

Define diversity management approach
Diversity management is based on the process in which deliberate effort made by leaders
of organisation to hire, recruit diverse talent, support an inclusive workplace. This can help to
give more value and protect each of its employees equally by providing resources to learn,
connect with and respect individual differences (Cletus, Mahmood and Ibrahim, 2018). Diversity
management is a process intended to create and maintain a positive working environment where
it can develop understanding towards differences and similarities of people. It emphasized on the
organisational culture and its impact on the diverse openness such as HRM, environment or
culture.
The positive aspect of diversity approach is to enhance the performance of enterprise by
broadening the group’s perspectives. There is a strong confirmation that successful diversity
management support for generating an improvement result in organisational performance. But
this kind of improvement possible through human resource management (Fisher and et.al.,
2019). HRM is biggest driver for high level diversity strategy that need to tape creation, cultural
and communicative skills identified among staff members. That’s why, Human resource
