 To identify the main concept of talent management.
 To evaluate scope of talent management on performance of tourism.
 To recognize the major challenges of TM faced by THOMAS COOK.
 To provider recommendation and strategies for improving talent management for high
performance in travel and tourism industry

The reason is that looking out in developing academic and non-academic skill enhancing
knowledge and details important for managing the talent in effective manner. tis will help out in
gaining major understanding in term of topic. The reason for selecting the topic is getting about new
ways helping out organization for successful in competition.
