To investigate about the role of talent management in development and retention of employees
at work place. A study on TUI.

The main objective behind selecting this topic is that employee development and retention
is the part of human resource management as talent management is, so this study will help
in determining the relationship among these factors. Other than this it will also help in
guiding the TUI company about the strategies that it can adopt in keeping its employees
retain and work toward their development with the help of adopting effective talent
