INTRODUCTION
Gibbs reflective cycles is considered to arguably and one of most famous models of the
reflection which have the discussion of different stages in order to make respective sense over an
experience. The firm is offering major framework for examine differentiated experiences which
have the cyclic in nature in order to particularly having well related experiences allowing the
ones to plan different things. On the other hand, each stage has full level of description which is

FINDINGS
As per the application of Gibbs model will is wok through there experiences over stand
lone experiences which have been gone through frequently. This will be having proper ad
equating differential situation as the stages and principle have their proper level of application
over avocation of different situation. As per there collaboration with team members in which
Gibbs have originally the level of avocation with use of repeated situation, but the stages along
with principles have the equal level of application as well as in single of equal experiences. On
the other hand, the action plan plays have paying more level of attention of becoming more
general along with application of conclusion in the futures.
Description of the experience
As to have the work in research process in written level of group work assignment with
the team members the team member in the research team were not let aware to me or even, I
don’t have proper understanding in awards of perception. This have the elements of the
respective research which could be level of expected to summit the piece of the assignments in
together aspect. As the team member, we have accepted to have division of work in more perfect
manner so that’s each task could be done in perfect manner. As team member we have discussed
with deadline along with distribution of data which is needed to prepared to schedule time to sit
and write it together. Due to lack of working in teams, we were not able to have clear
understanding over different perception and concept. There is little bit dissatisfaction as each
member is trying to propose their different plans which cannot be subsided at particle moment of
time. Therefore, two members of the group had to drop their plans that evening so the
assignment would be finished in time for the deadline.
