Eastland Group Ltd. is located at 95 commerce St, Whakatane ,
3120, New Zealand.
It is primarily engaged in electricity generation and distribution
activities and also operate Gisborne's port and airport.
Its Eastland Network segment provides electricity distribution and
transmission services to 54,000 people in Gisborne, Wairoa, and
the East Coast.
There are approximately 100 employees in this company and total
revenue of this company is $20 million.
It deals with electricity, oil and gas, utilities, energy and waste
treatments.
Matt Todd is group chief executive of Eastland Group Ltd. And
Brent Stewart is general manager of this company.

Eastland Group Ltd. which is a New Zealand based company
Engaging in employment issue in the year 2012 when the
employer of an organisation repeatedly offended, abuse,
intimidating etc. to their staff members due to which they suffers
with detrimental effects to their safety of feeling, well-being and
healthy environment at workplace.

The staff turnover are high which brings losses to company
as well as paying huge penalties by company to suffered
employees.
With this example, it came to know the causes of high
turnover in brief as well as solutions to cope up with them
in more effective and efficient manner.

researcher in order yo collect relevant and accurate
amount of information from the respondents.
There are mainly two types of data collection such as
primary and secondary. In case of primary, researcher will
be made questionnaire.
Under secondary source, investigator need to use
magazines, articles and many other journal articles.

Q1) Does Working environment of the company is effective for
maintaining long lasting relation with company?
Interpretation: It has been identified from the above graph that most of
the employees of Eastland Group Ltd. are not happy with the exiting
working environment. Among 40 respondents, there are 25
respondents who said the same whereas remaining 15 respondents are
in favour of existing working environment.
