With the help of thistechnique company are easily attain their long term as well as short term goals and objectives.For the same purpose various types of leadership approaches needs to be opted by companieswhich having direct impact on vision and mission of firm. The person who have to maintaineffective leadership in firm is known as leader. They need to explore their skills and knowledgein order to meet set of target of firm (Cameron, 2012). Leaders are responsible to provide propertraining session for their subordinates for the purpose of enhance their skill, experience andknowledge. They are able to set direction and build vision of firm. The main function of leader isto motivate other members and clearly define vision and mission of the firm. Leadership hasbeen considered as proper guidance provided by one person to another in order to maintain theirperformance in effective manner. present report is based on Lulu hypermarket which is retailsector firm.Lulu hypermarket provide varieties of goods and services to their targeted customers inorder to attract them towards firm. It having approximately 35,000 employees in all over theworld and has around 135 stores. It was established in year 2000 and from this is considered asfastest growing retailer. It served best quality of products and services in international marketand try to keep customers for long time. In present time large number of people are attractedtowards firm and use its products as well. Entity has different shopping points also it salesproducts through online. Members of such firm are responsible to maintain strategic leadership in order tomaintain their performance in international market. Through this firm can attain target andobjectives within stipulated time period. Leaders should be use all their efforts to perform entirefunctions of firm. They are responsible to use different types of operational strategies which arehelpful to reach objectives (Drago-Severson, 2012). This is forecasting process which is helpfulfor long term future growth and company. Try to optimize effective supply chain for the purposeof improve inbound as well as outbound supply chain to attain or increase profit market.
