analysis of information. Collected data will be analysed in appropriate manner and will be
presented without any misrepresentation (Jackson, 2008). Before approaching respondents which
are 20 employees of Next Plc. Researcher will take prior permission. The information will be
collected only for the purpose of study and after carrying out this study, the data will be
destroyed. In addition to this, rationale and purpose of the research will be also conveyed to
them. Without their permission not a single information will be disclosed.
Validity and reliability
Reliability and validity are considered as two major and most important aspect of any
research. It helps in obtaining accurate and effective findings with regards to the topic of study.
The scholar will be focusing on both validity and reliability at the time of carrying out this
research. The data will be collected from reliable sources and in terms of secondary information,
only the data which has been published after 2005 will be taken into account. This means that the
entire research will going to be valid. On the other hand, the information will be analysed in
effective manner and there won’t b any kind of biasness done. One of the important part of the
study is the data collection and analysis of then data which plays significant role to justify the
outcomes of research. It is the main part of reliability and validity of any research and in this
study the data will be collected from the valid sources that is from the employees of Next Plc and

also the collected data will be analysed by using appropriate tools and techniques of the
quantitative analysis tool.
