with people and engage with spa, events and hospitality. This report is based on a paradigmatic
research tradition. There are a variety of paradigmatic perspectives which are associated with

The productivity of an organization related to hospitality is directly proportionate to the
efforts of its employees. It is always crucial to decipher the intentions of the employees in a
hotel. It is so because hotel and hospitality is a department where the employees are directly
communicating with the customer's (Gray, 2013). Therefore their communication is directly
effective to the productivity. Hotels work as an intensive employer where they have to face
challenges everyday in recruiting people with good intentions, great experience and influenced in
the work. It is also important to know when any employee is not interested in the job but is
applying. This entire work is dependent on the productivity of that hotel. Therefore the Human
Resource has a crucial job in any organization related to hospitality management.
Structural Analysis of the Hotels in New Zealand
Currently the hotels in New Zealand are flourishing in a great way where they are providing best
deals in affordable rates. In recent times, studies have proved the extreme extent of the human
resource department in terms of finding the suitable employee for any organization related to
hospitality. However, the hotels are still struggling to find the best employees to perform their
job. The loyal employees have always dominated the business in hotels, because their efforts
make it simpler for a hotel to maintain their business (Coleman, 2013). But working in the
hospitality sector of New Zealand is completely different, because their way of communication,
interaction and work is different than others. Auckland dominates the entire business of the
country related to the hospitality and especially hotels. The best thing about this city is they offer
jobs to the employees who are from the different countries. They also ensure preferable shifts for

willing to work at night or in contemporary working hours than regular or conventional working
shifts.

The jobs done in hotels are also different. The employees are attached to many things like
directly serving the customers, jobs related to food and new flavors. New Zealand also provides
a huge range of different works to employees at times so that they can learn in different spheres

Hence, customers’ reviews emphasize the intentions of the employees working there. This
research also states the business strategy, strength of human resource development and the
cultural acceptance of the Hilton Hotel in Auckland. We can conclude from this research that
human resource provides a great help in the productivity of an organization related to hospitality
by selecting employees required in the desired field. Employees with good intentions perform the
task well and maintains a good communication with the customers which later helps to upgrade
the productivity of any hotel. Hilton Hotel has always maintained friendly environment for the
workers by providing them benefits, knowing their requirements and organizing psychological
assessments to understand their work stress. They have also maintained the cultural respect for
the workers. Hence, their employees have performed the task well and have managed to sustain
the position in the market. Customers review also helped to know about the marketing strategy of
the hotel. Hilton hotel has performed the marketing strategy well and according to the
requirements of the New Zealand country. Their business strategy is more methodical and they
