It can be determined that business success and service deliveredto customers are interrelated with each other. Thus, it is required for an organisation is to morefocus on their way of delivering services within market place. With the increase in competition,company is more focus on hiring right employees at workplace who are capable for offeringeffective facilities to their customers and also manage arising issues. Customer service isessential because it will help in enhancing customer loyalty and brand value (Kim and Ko,2012.). It help people in purchasing services from well reputed organisation and also satisfyingtheir needs and wants in proper manner. The report is based on ALDI which is large retailercompany and they are mainly deal in variety of products and services among their customers.ALDI is common brand of two German family operated discount supermarket chains along withover 10,000 stores in 20 countries. It is estimated as combined turnover which is more than 50euro billion. The main purpose of the research is to analyse the concept of services which areassociated with customers and factors that can help firm in retaining customers. It will assist ingaining positive results or outcomes for business success. The investigation is mainlyconcentrate on value of client service and its major role performed in the business. Along with this, it provide different advantages to the firm in order to enhance salesperformance and brand value. Customer service is essential which help in managing andhandling issues for customers and make sure they will satisfied. In terms of practical andacademic perspective, investigation on customer service is very interesting because it providemajor key to make success in the business. In addition to this, project demonstrate the ways toconvert negative attitude of customers into positive attitude by treat them equally and providebest services. The main aspect which has been researched is that they required to maintaincustomer satisfaction in order to offer them required products and services in proper way. 1
