RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Research design:A research design is the format or parent in which the research flows. This means the direction givens as a way to the research. This is of generally three types: exploratory, descriptive and casual. For the present research project descriptive design will be selected in order to present the research findings and outcomes in descriptive manner. This research takes up the research data and information and present in the conclusive nature. Research type:It can be defined as the method through which the research will be conducted and research questions are being answered. This is a strategy which is used to implement the plan. This is of basically two types qualitative and quantitative. For the present research project qualitative research type will be chosen )(Types of Survey Research,2018). The rationale behind selecting this is that it includes a procedure of making he inquiries and getting in depth understanding over the problems and issues related with research topic in there natural phenomenon. With this research type the positive effect of MNC over the poverty alleviation will be determined in detail. Research Philosophies:Itcan be defined in the dissertation as being aware and formulating beliefs and assumptions. This must be selected in connection with the type of research and dissertation to be carried out(Research Philosophy, 2018). For the qualitative research type the suitablephilosophy is the interpretaism this method takes into consideration the in depth and insight exploration of a small sample size for conducting the qualitative investigation of the data and sample collected over the research topic of reduction in poverty by the operation of MNC in Africa. Research approaches:It can be defined as the relevance to the hypothesis of the research topic. This can be of two type inductive and deductive. For the present study the research approach will be selected as inductive one. The reason behind this is that for this research project the type of I RM is chosen to be quantitative one and for such type inductive approach is used. Moreover, inductive approach is synthetical nature with taking interference with the data and hypothesis of the research topic. This is used I in the known premise to generate the untested conclusions. Research strategies: it can be defined as the step by step plan of action which gives the direction to the thoughts and process of the present research over the topic that can multinational corporations help alleviate poverty in Africa. For this first focus on sucrose of the data collection 1
will be decide upon along with other sources of information. For this all current, past and future aspects will be decided upon. After this development, the research will be conducted. W the effective ways to communicated with targeted respondents are decided for keys to developing successful research instrument. Data collection:This is the most critical part of the research project as a wrong step can lead to the failure of the whole work. Th data can be collected from two different to methods primary and secondary. For the present research both methods will be referred. In the primary methods interviews will be taken form 30 different employee 10 each form 3 different MNC working in the Africa. For the same questions will be asked through questionnaires. For the secondary data he reports of the three of the organization will be referred on how much employment they have created over past years and how it has helped n reduction of the poverty in Africa. Moreover the blogs, journal articles by the economists and scholars will also be referred so to gain insight over the impact on the economy as to increase in the employment in Africa by the MNCs. Sampling:The sample for the present research project are selected as 30 employee 10 each form 3 different MNC operating in Africa. The multinational corporation whose employee interviews are the Tesco, Cadabury and Marks and Spencer. The respondent are selected through random sample techniques so that all of the employee will have an equal opportunity of being selected. Moreover, this non probabilistic method of random sample will be chose so as to avoid biasses in the selection of the respondent for conducting the research investigation.
