Research methodology
Research methodology determines a important process
of data analysis and data interpretation. As main
objective of research methodology is have accurate as
well as reliable data that is associated with aims and
goals of researcher. For taking up this research
dissertation project quantitative research methodology is
used in which mode of questionnaire is performed by
researcher to carry up this research project.
Literature review
Literature review is important and significant component of
dissertation as it supports researcher in gathering of secondary
information properly. As with prior analysis there was
information as well as data that is related function of effective
leadership which contributes to have change in international
business of company. This is considered to be main gap and in
order to deal with this gap, researcher will require to follow
research questions that will support them in achievement of
research aims as well as objectives and accomplishment of
missing information and gap. As research questions of present
study are as follows:

As with fast growth of economic enhancement of surroundings
as well as its emergence of internet that has made it easy to
communicate to various countries across global world.
Effective leadership is considered to be essential component
for company for sustaining their business in face of issues
which was caused by fast growth of economic surrounding
(Hickman and Akdere, 2018). As effective leadership is
defined to be type of power where a one individual carries
potential to influence and change values, beliefs or attitudes of
another. As because there are no effective leadership in
company as a result non changes could be made as there are
no leaders that motivates as well as lead company's employees
as well as provide clear direction for company.
Conclusion
From this research report it could be concluded that
international business is said to be trading of products
and services across global limits along with that
leadership plays an important role carrying up changes
