This research aims to study the impact of COVID 19 on the performance and productivity of Marriot International Hotel in the hospitality sector. It examines the challenges faced by the hotel and the strategies implemented to deal with them. The research approach is interpretivism, and the research design is descriptive. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods are used for data collection. The participants include 30 employees of the hotel. Validity and reliability of the research are ensured, and data analysis is conducted through thematic analysis. Ethical considerations include respect for privacy and dignity, scientific integrity, social responsibility, and maximizing benefit while minimizing harm.
