This research proposal aims to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence in driving innovation in retail businesses of UK, with a specific focus on Nisa retailers. The research objectives include assessing the importance of innovation in retail organizations, evaluating the factors of digital technology that drive innovation, determining the use of AI in driving innovation in Nisa retailers, and recommending effective measures for driving innovation through AI. The research approach will involve data gathering, analysis, and interpretation, using inductive research approach, descriptive research design, primary data collection methods, purposive sampling, and interpretivism research philosophy. Ethical considerations and research limitations will also be taken into account.
