research aims and objectives. This research adapts Saunders research onion to develop the
research methodology.
Research philosophy: Research philosophy is categorised into two aspects that are
interpretivism and positivism (Mohajan, 2018). For the present research report, there is a
selection of interpretivism as a research philosophy. It is used for the purpose of saving time and
also facilitates the collection of quantitative data for further use in the report.
Research approach: It is the method that is used in the case of present research work. The
process is adopted for the objective of analysing the data that is based on two aspects which is
quantitative and qualitative information (Devi, 2017). There are also two other forms of research
approaches that include deductive and inductive. The deductive approach is used for making a
detailed analysis of the quantitative form of information. On the other and, the inductive

present research report, there has been consideration of the Inductive approach as a method
(Gear, Eppel and Koziol-Mclain, 2018). It will help in analysing the qualitative data.
Justification: The major reason for using the Inductive approach is to analyse the present non-
numerical form of information that is part of this research report.
Qualitative research: It is a method that is collected based on conversational methods. This

is used for the purpose of making an evaluation of the selected research topic.
Justification: One of the major reason for using the qualitative form of information is to
facilitate the process of collection of reliable information based on which further there will be an

method of collecting data. This method is used for the purpose of applying in the case of the
present research report. Primary research is very helpful in analysing the exact viewpoints of the

method is used by the researcher. There is a selection of 5 respondents who are middle-level
