Chapter Preview
There are different chapters that will be essential in the completion of the current project
effectively. These chapters will be explained as below:
Chapter two is the literature review: This is based on secondary data that is gathered from
books, articles, journals, and many other secondary sources relevant to the title.
Chapter three Research methodology explains the different types of methodologies that help
the investigator in the achievement of research aim and objectives successfully.
The Analysis and findings are the fourth chapters that help the investigator in the evaluation
of gathered information from analytical research technique (Genty, 2021). According to the
current project, quantitative data is gathered from the questionnaire and for evaluating such type
of information, frequency distribution analysis is applied by the researcher.
The critical appraisal, Recommendations & suggestions for further work is an important chapter
that includes recommendations regarding the improvement of the topic. The conclusion is the
last chapter that includes information about the entire chapters in a clear and short manner
(Mahsood and et. al., 2020).

Chapter 2: Literature Review
The literature review is the systematic process applied for the collection of secondary data.
There are various sources that are essential in gathering secondary information including,
articles, books, magazines, publication research and many more. The main aim of the literature

a specific field of study. This section has various kind of research methodologies that are defined
as below:
Research philosophy: This methodology basically has two essential types of research
philosophies are known as pragmatism and interpretivism. These are essential, but according to
the topic, pragmatism is an essential research philosophy (Cowan, Clayton and Bochantin, 2021).
The biggest reason regarding the selection of pragmatism philosophy is it facilitate investigator
in gathering as well as evaluating accurate data about the. This philosophy does not require
maximum resources and cost.
Research approach: There are two significant approaches to data analysis which are
inductive and deductive. According to the current project, the deductive approach is a chosen
approach because it supports the evaluation of primary data easily and timely.
Research choice: There are two essential choices of the research, which are qualitative and
quantitative. These are effective within a research because it helps investigator in gathering of
qualitative as well as quantitative data (Hastuti and Timming, 2021). Therefore, quantitative
research choice assist researcher in getting reliable outcomes within the minimum period of time.
Whereas, qualitative research helps in collecting of information from books, articles etc. sources

each objective in a successful manner. For gathering primary data, the questionnaire is a selected
technique. For collecting secondary data, there are various sources such as journals, books etc.
Sampling: This is the process of selecting the number of samples out of the total population.
There are two effective techniques of sampling, including probability and non-probability.

sampling method, 40 employees of Piccadilly London West End are selected on a simple random
sampling basis. One of the main purposes regarding using probability sampling is it facilitates
larger sample selection in a minimum period of time (Al‐Ghazali and Afsar, 2021).

others. These are the main and effective instruments of the research, but for gathering data about
the significance of HRM in the enhancement of organisational growth, the questionnaire is an
essential instrument because it helps in collecting the primary and quantitative type of data in the

right to withdraw, protect of confidentiality and anonymity of participants and many others.
These are the main principles that should be followed by the researcher within a research project
(Hitka and et al., 2021).

CHAPTER 4: ANALYSIS AND FINDINGS
This chapter is important and helps the investigator in analysing information about the topic.
Within a research project, data was gathered from a questionnaire which is quantitative
information (Wen, Wu and Long, 2021). For analysing such kind of data, there is a need for
applying an analytical research technique which is “Frequency distribution analysis”. This is an
effective tool and facilitates investigator in analysing or evaluating quantitative data in minimum
time.
