1.1) Overview of research topic
The concept of talent management is becoming vital and crucial for all organisation as it
the best way through which as organisation can enhance its productivity and success level
through focusing more on skills and competencies of its employees (Sanjeev and Birdie, 2019).
Thus, in current scenario talent management is becoming crucial and essential for all
organisation face high level of competition and remain successful through better creativity and
innovation in its functions together with widening the scope and viability of HR. Holiday inn
London is a well known American brand of Hotels that is facing a high level, of competition
from other famous hotels situated at Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. Thus, the current
research work is conducted on Holiday inn London to study the impact of talent management on
HR role in hospitality sector.
1.2) Aims and objective
The aim of this research is conducted on Holiday inn London is , “To study the impact of
talent management on HR role in hospitality sector”.
Research objectives
The main objectives and purpose associated with current research work are stated as
follows:
To determine the importance of managing for talent for an organisation.
To examine the impact of talent management on role of HR in Holiday inn London
(Marinakou and Giousmpasoglou, 2019).
To identify various strategies that could be use by Holiday inn London for managing
talent.

The selection of current research topic is rationale as it lead to better understating about
concept of talent management along with its role in HR that provides an effective tool to enhance

viability and success level of an organisation. Further, it is also justifiable from personal view
point of researcher as ensures betterment in managerial skills and knowledge of other scholars.

superior promote the effective skills employees within their organization. The human resource
department or human resource manager scrutinize and operate the employee’s talent
management activities where they monitored the best employee workforce as analyzation their
valuable performances. With the context of the organization there are sort of main factor of talent
management which entitled for the effective sources are:
Attract top talent: By providing the attractive platform on which employee per-
forms and contributing their skills and knowledge through accomplish the opportunity as it
helps to scrutinize the high skill workforce (Baharin and Hanafi., 2018).
Employee motivation: As it helps to brings the employee motivation towards the
action of work as to accomplish factor which enhanced the improvisation morale and encour-
age them for making understand the priorities.

Improvised the employee performances: By assorting of talent management it
helps to enhancing the employee productivity which reflect to suited for their job which can
lead toward the reduce of issues and grievances which allows the positivity in the organiza-
tion.
Engaged employees: Through Talent management it helps to allows the employee
engaging for the mobility in the premises and also towards for the work or task assigned. By
having the employee engagement activities can generates the employee productivity for orga-
nization objectives accomplish and making to engaged for not get distracted (Reilly, 2018).
b) To examine the talent management on the role of Human resource in Holiday Inn Ho-
tel in London.
According to the Louis Carter, 2018. The Human resource practices in talent management is
to managing the employee workforce productivity in the premises where they enhancing the
opportunity in which they can perform and gain the multiple achievement in terms of the
effective performances and creating the benchmark towards the performance graph. The Human
resource monitored and implement the best outlet activities of talent management which helps to
taking the best employee with the context of high performance productivity. As with the
