Relatives' experiences of the transition to care homes propose that thereis potential for practitioners to raise the experience for older people.1.3 Critical review on the ReferencesAs per the view of Paustenbach, (2015) in highly competitive as well as dynamicbusiness environment, it is difficult for an organisation to maintain focus on the quality ofservices. According to the opinion of Barzilay (2002)presently less ethnic diversity in the olderpopulation as compared to the younger age groups, this is predicted to change. Policy-makers,clinicians and care home staff are progressively aware of the future situation of renderingquality, long-term care in care homes for especially old age people. The debate related to theresearch project include relationship between quality of care and quality of life.
