Analysis of Alternative Approaches to Strategic Management

This presentation analyzes the data collected from 20 managers of Telstra Corporation Limited to compare and contrast stakeholder approach, hierarchical approach, and sustainable approach of strategic management. It aims to understand the concept of alternative approaches, compare them, outline their benefits and limitations, and recommend the best strategy.

RESEARCH PROJECT

INTRODUCTION
 The current presentation deals with the analysis of the data collected from 20 managers
of Telstra Corporation Limited. This presentation will outline the analysis of whole data
and some conclusions will be drawn from them.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES


Aim
“To compare and contrast Stakeholder approach, Hierarchical approach and Sustainable
approach of strategic management”. A study on Telstra Corporation Limited.


Objective
To understand the concept of alternative approaches to strategic management.
To compare the different approaches of strategic management.
To outline the benefits of the different approaches of strategic management.
To highlight the limitations of implementing different types of approaches of strategic
management.
To recommend which is the best strategy out of all the selected approaches.

Theme 6: Effective recommended strategy
Interpretation: From the analysis of the above research study, it was interpreted that
maximum of the managers recommend that the company needs to first engage the
employees of the company on the way of accomplishment of the objectives and goals of
the business.

CONCLUSION
 With the analysis of the research conducted on alternative approaches of strategic
management it is concluded that different approaches are very necessary for the
successful implementation of the different strategies within the company.
