This research proposal aims to identify the role of HR practices in managing cultural diversity at the workplace, with a focus on Costco. The objectives of the study include exploring HR practices and their importance in an organization, identifying ways through which Costco can manage cultural diversity using HR practices, and determining the challenges that Costco may face in managing cultural diversity. The research will use primary and secondary data collection methods and apply a deductive research approach. The findings will contribute to a better understanding of HR practices and their utilization in managing cultural diversity.
