Reason behind undertaking this research is to understand the detailed information about
role of human resource management in managing diverse culture at working area. It also
helps business organization to improve their entire working activities and at the same time
also promote equality at work place. Apart from this, it is also beneficial for researcher to
enhance their personal and professional skills that support them in taking accurate decision
within the research and also develop it successfully.

Role of human resource management in managing culture diversity
According to Stevenson, (2018), The workforce is increasing globally as majority of
business organization operate their functional activities at international level in which their
workforce is also diverse. It directly affects the overall performance of the company its
employees in both positive and negative manner. In this context, HRM play a significant
role in managing diverse culture at working area that directly contributes in converting it
into higher competitive advantage for company. Mainly, HR promote equality and
diversity at working area by providing huge opportunities to its workers so that they feel
their importance for business organization and also motivated towards their set goals and
objectives as well. Along with this, HR also creates and empower a diverse culture in
which employee get opportunities to learn, grow and contributes to the firm in order to
enhance its productivity level at market place.
Challenges faced by company at the time of managing culture diversity in HRM.
According to Boella and Goss-Turner, (2019), In a globalised world, managing diverse
culture at workplace is one of the major issue that faced by company because it can create
number of issues among workers. Managing cultural diversity is not an easy task it can be
reduce employee efficiency level by developing various issues among them. As employee
