While performing research get good support from my team which is beneficial and
fruitful for achieving objectives and aims. This research helps me to enhance my knowledge
related to digitalisation. I use questionnaire as primary data which helps me to get proper
knowledge about internet technology. This helps to achieve aims and objectives and this
information is relevant and important from future growth career. I am working as mentor for
team of 5 individuals. To performed my job responsibilities with full confidence and energy. I
motivate my team to give best, this helps to complete research on time.
There are some issues which arise while performing research work. Personal conflict,
improper distribution of work, improper communication channel are issues faced by team. This
affects performance of whole team in adverse way. Due to improper distribution of work, there is
dissatisfaction among teammates. While working in team there are some members who have
personal grievances and hence they do not want to work in team. This affects research activities.
Apart from this there are some responds which favour digitalisation and provide some
suggestions for improvement. While collecting data. Respondents are very energetic which helps
to boost team's confidence. While working in team I provide opportunities to team mates to take
part in decision making. This reducers communication gap and new ideas used to complete
research.
9 CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it is clear that role of digitalisation is important in current
market trends. For increasing brand value, internet tools are effective as it provides knowledge
about market trends. Gantt chart and time scale are two techniques through which time taken to
