INTRODUCTION
Sustainable tourism is related to the development of tourist sites and a particular type of
tourism as per the needs and demands of tourists, economy, surroundings and society (Edgell
SR, 2016). It is prior to develop a tourist site which can accomplish their needs in a particular
tour and also this tour has to make a positive impact on the environment of site. Tourism is an
emerging sector which having a huge impact on the economy and it is way to improve economic
flow and foreign exchange funds. This research project is based on the sustainable tourism
development in the London Eye Wagon Wheel Hammock which is landmark of London in the
world. This project will provide aims and objectives, way to conduct this research, data
collection on the research objectives, analysis of collected data and finally recommendations for
the authorities of Wagon wheel for sustainable development.

selected for this project because it is a central attraction for the foreign and local visitors.
Development is an essential element and it does not has any kind of limits. People are having
never ending expectations from the authorities of tourist destinations so it is essential for the
management to make a proper planning of the development considering tourists, society,
economical needs and demands. This whole research will be based on these particular research
objectives which are;

related to tourist destination site London Eye. This will research will be helpful for the
developing authorities regarding to development planning.

 To identify and evaluate the future social, economical, environmental and tourists needs

Deductive research approach is worked to create assumptions which can help to conduct the
research in a better manner. In this research inductive research approach will be used to gather

tour, site and destination in the manner which can fulfil economical, social and environmental
needs. Tours and tourist destinations are related to the needs of the people and needs of regions.
People which are living in the near by places also having impacts of tourists sites and tourists
come on their place. So it is essential that it will create a positive effect on them which can help
to them to develop their business, culture and living of standards. Tourists helps in managing an
economical flow in the tourists sites so it is essential in the sustainable tourism development that
site's authorities will consider locals which can help to them to get employment, take learnings
from them. Sustainable tourism development is huge focused on the tourists so it is essential for
developing authorities to take feedbacks of tourists in better development and also be focused on
the future.
As per the view of Weaver, (2014), tourism industry is one of the fast growing sector on
the earth and people are spending more tours and explore new places. So it is essential for the
tourist destination management to consider their needs on the high priority, it can help to them to
improve their number of customers annually. Another thing is that management has to add
locals in development they have to provide them employment which can help to entertain their
needs and demands. Tourism provides more employment and opportunities for earnings for
locals by using their own talent. Development is a prior element but it is also essential that it
does not create any adverse impact on the environment. So it is essential to create some
provisions and create a midway in entertaining the needs of tourist by developing sites and tours.

According to Sharpley, (2015) , sustainable tourism development creates a direct impact
on the tourists, it helps to entertain them more on the tour and also providing all types of services
which they need on a tour. It helps to create a better image of the tour and destination on the
tourists which will be helpful to come back of tourist again. Changes in the tour and tourists sites
can help to the tourists to found some thing new and better from last time which is impactive on
their mind and soul. Employment, education, standard of living, development are the basic things
which a social person needs in his life. All of these things can be fulfilled by the sustainable
development of site. It will provide employment to unemployed people and also to those which
are connected with the tourists industry like; hotels, local markets, road side food caterer etc. It
will provide an opportunity to grow business by enhancing their potentials to deliver better
quality and quantity in services and products. finally it will help to manage an economical flow
in the particular region which can help to the economical development of district and region.

Some of the resources are here which is used in to conduct this research which are given
below mentioned points;
 Sampling methods
Qualitative research method is used in this research and questionnaire will be developed
in this research by using inductive research approach so smaller sample size will be taken in this
(Fraley. and Hudson, 2014). Random sampling will be used to take views of different types of
people in this research. 20 tourists will be suitable for this research as sample size.
 Data collection techniques
Primary and secondary are main data collection techniques which are used in the
researches. Questionnaire, interviews, observation, case study are used in the data collection
segment of the research, as this research is based on the qualitative research method so it is
essential to take reviews of tourists on particular points (Auberlet, Hoogendoorn. and Leonhardt,
2014). Primary data will be gathered in this research and questionnaire will be suitable to take
reviews of people on the sustainable tourism development topic. (Please see Appendix 1 for this
research)
 Data analysis

Graphical, thematic are use in the data analysis part and for this research graphical
analysis will be suitable (A Critique of Project Management: A Means to Efficiency. 2008.). This
will help to researcher to make an overview on the collected data.
 Research designs
In the starting of this research aims and objectives are determined by the researcher, after
it literature review has accomplished to know authors review on the research objectives (Bunea.
and Baumgartner, 2014). After the this section, this research will collect data from tourist, data
analysis, interpretation and recommendation will be done. So this is the whole research design of
this research project.
2.2 Procedure to conduct research
It is essential to conduct this research in appropriate time frames which can help to gain
knowledge with out impacting on the time factor on the collected data. Gantt chart is used in this
research which helps to complete this research according to the time frames. All activities which

management to consider sustainable tourism development on priority. According to theme most
of the people has said that authorities has to use futuristic approach in the development. 65% of
people has said that hammock management has to consider economical, social factors in the
development of site. This research has s huge significance in the context of the development of
the tourists sites in the UK because it will provide a effective vision about the development of
tourists sites and especially London Eye.

Management of the London Eye wagon wheel has to use sustainable development
approach which can help to them to make a better change in the tourists site. They have to make
connection with the locals to analyse their problems and how they can be supportive for them,
either this they have to make an environmental analysis to analyse their effect on the
surroundings. Development of Gantt chart is part of this research which was problematic for the
research either than this all research has done in appropriate manner. Further researches can be
done different topics e.g. relation of organisational culture with leader's decision making and
dependency of increase of market share on the tourist needs for a company.
Conclusion & Recommendations
On the basis of conducted research project it can be concluded that aims and objectives
are having a huge significance to develop a better research. Questionnaire is totally based on the
research topic and objective which supports to gather informations appropriately. As in this
research graphical analysis has used which is effective to show the outcomes of the collected
data. Gantt chart needs a use of technical mind on computers researcher has faced issues in
creating of it's. Sustainable tourism can support to the tourists destination also to improve

number of tourists in their future and earn more by using this so it is essential for the authorities
to use sustainable development.
