This research study is highly effective for me as it helps in improving my
knowledge base and provide me with ample amount of learning which assist
in my growth and development. I learnt a lot of things while performing this
study. This help in improving my skills which make me able to perform all
the activities and tasks effectively. However, there were some difficulties
which I faced while performing the project because of my ineffective
communication skills. I was not able to communicate effectively to all the
team members.
