Introduction
Equality is mainly about respecting the staff members in term of
their age, gender, experience, cultural background and rationality.
On the other sider diversity means having employees from different
background working all together within a workplace. equality and
diversity at workplace has now become a necessity of each
organization in today’s competitive world (Arday, 2019).

Research Aim
The aim of the investigation is “To evaluate about the concept of
equality and diversity along with the behaviors that support creation
of Equality and Diversity in the workplace”. A research conducted
on Hilton London Tower Bridge situated at London Riverside,
Tooley St, London SE1 2BY, United Kingdom.
