This research project analyzes the current services offered at Travelodge Hotel and the reasons behind customers choosing this hotel. It utilizes primary and secondary sources, questionnaire survey method, and analyzes the outcomes. The aim is to evaluate the current customer services and recommend ways to improve them. The research focuses on customer satisfaction, assets that affect the choice of the hotel, efficiency of staff, and recommendations to friends and family members. The findings suggest that effective customer services are the major reason for attracting customers to Travelodge Hotel.
