ABSTRACT
In the present time, there is huge issue within the human being about Obesity. It is a
medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated. This is common issue within the
human being by which extra fat can store with the body of human being. Obesity enhances due
to the various reason like lack of physical activities, combination of the excessive food intake
and genetic susceptibility, mental disorder, genes etc. In the present study, the major reason of
scholar is to determine the importance of the obesity management. In order to attain this
objective, scholar will collect the information about the subject and implement various methods
of research methodology.

Research Title
“To analyse the factors that influence overweight and obesity within young and adult people”
Research Background
In the present time, it is very important to acknowledge and aware about the obesity
management. Due to the engaged schedule, every one has faced the issue of the obesity. The
present study provides an effective knowledge and understanding of the obesity management and
its importance in the human being life. In order to attain the objective to analyse the significance
of the obesity management, scholar will use effective methods of the research methodology.
Obesity is one of the major problem in the present time by which health of the human being is
negatively influenced. The effective management of the obesity includes the lifestyle changes
medications or surgery. With help of this study about to analyse the factor that influence
overweight and obesity within the people.
Obesity is that condition in the human being while their physical portion stored with extra
fat. While any person occupied with obesity then their physical structure can changed to previous
structure. This much fat can negatively influence to the health of the person. In this present
study, the major reason of scholar is to determine factors that influence overweight and obesity
within human being. For attainment of this objective, scholar has collect the primary information
from the heath experts in the hospital who serving the treatment to obesity patients. With help of
collected data, scholar can easily analyse the strategies to treated the patient of obesity.

Rationale of the research
The major reason for selection of this topic is that researcher wanted to explore the
understanding and knowledge about the subject. Obesity is very common topic in the present
time as every one faced this heath disorder (Hughes and Ferrett, 2011). In order to get deep
knowledge about the obesity management, researcher will select this topic as research topic. In
the present time, most of the obesity problem has been seen in the young and adult people who
is age of 20 to 30. There are several reasons for increasing the issue of obesity within the young
people. The major reason for selecting this topic as research topic is that scholar have huge
curiosity to acknowledge the reason for obesity in the young people. Another reason is that
scholar have sufficient information about the mentioned topic (Hyatt, 2013). In this present
study, scholar has selected the topic related to the obesity management under which researcher
wanted to analyse the strategies to deliver effective treatment to obesity patient. Scholar wanted
to explore the factors that influence the obesity problem and also desires to acknowledge about
the strategies to overcome the issue of obesity.
