It is an abbreviated form which combines two different words;
Britain and exit. UK has decided to surrender its membership of
EU, hence, BREXIT. The directives that are applicable to its
member countries for making trade easy between the countries. A
public voting was held, in which nearly 52% voted in favour.
Further, a 585-page draft withdrawal agreement has been
prepared. On, 29th March, 2019, its right in EU's decision-making
will be ceased. It will save its cost of membership fees and
immigration process will be sorted. However, the it will impact
free trade among various European countries negatively.

Challenges faced by SMEs of UK when referendum came in front
are as follow :-
New and advance technologies : After referendum,
technological change in UK came very frequently, and
organisations of there were required to adopt them in very
frequent manner. Which was the big challenge for SMEs.
Lack of budget to make improvement : Development after
referendum become very fast and for this, organisations
need huge source of finance. SMEs were facing problem
due to lack of funds.
