Introduction
Globalisation is considered as the continuous process of interaction and
integration among individual, organisations or government bodies across
the globe. In other words, globalisation is determined as the process by
which an organisation develops international impact or begin their business
operations at international scale. In this research work, Guess is the chosen
organisation for this particular project. it is a clothing retail company.
