industry of UK is facing many ups and down that lead to reduction in their profitability and
productivity along with leading siltation of lack of employees thus, recruitment and retention of
talented employees becomes must and essential for all organisation (Crane and Hartwell, 2019).
Thus, current investigation is lead out on Hilton London Tower Bridge to evaluate about the
need and importance of Talent management as a strategic priority for an organisation.
