Motivation can be considered as the most effective tool of firm
which is widely used by organisations in order to encourage
their employees at workplace. In this modern scenario, each
business organisation is focused on providing high quality
products and services to their potential customers in order to
satisfy their needs and wants. Starbucks is an American coffee
company and coffee-house chain. Organisation was
established in the year of 1971 in Seattle, Washington.
