This research proposal aims to evaluate the role played by leaders and managers in managing cultural diversity within an organization, with a focus on Jaguars cars. The objectives include understanding the importance of cultural diversity, evaluating the role of leaders and managers in its implication, and determining effective ways for managing and creating cultural diversity at the workplace. The research approach involves using positivism research philosophy, deductive approach, quantitative research methods, and a combination of primary and secondary data sources. The research project will involve activities such as literature review, data collection, data analysis, and conclusion and recommendations. The expected duration of the research project is 48 days.
