The main reason for opting this research is to identify the significance of managing cultural diversity
that influence the performance and productivity of an organisation. It is beneficial in order to
effectively manage the cultural diversity in order to have effective expansion of an organisation and
also tends to enhance the growth and development of company. Hence, it is useful for me in order to
develop my own career considering the development factor effectively which is helpful for me in order
to deal with management issues.

According to Reynolds, (2017), Because of the suitable trends in the globalisation
and enhancement in diversity, it is important for company to undertake their
employers to learn manage themselves in cultural differences and individual
working attitudes. Moreover, cultural diversity tends to undertake effective
opportunities undertaking the enhancement in competitive edge by embracing
change within the market area and labour force. It also undertakes several
challenges like effective management of employees with various attitudes, beliefs
and values and also undertake avoiding liability in order to manage working
situations.

What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use

Research methodology is considered as the effective process in order to collect
data and suitable information in an effective manner. It undertakes several layers
which are mentioned as:
 Research philosophy: It is opted in order to collect suitable information
and details. It undertakes two major philosophies like interpretivisim and

positivism. Here, positivism is considered by the researcher as it leads to
take less time and resources and also useful in attaining valid and positive
outcome.
 Research approach: This process is useful in order to evaluate information
regarding the particular topic. Here, two main approaches include deductive
and inductive and in this research, deductive approach is useful as it helps
in analysing the quantitative data in less time and cost.
 Research strategy: This undertake various factors like experiment, case
study, survey and so on. As per this research, survey strategy is useful in
order to collect various as it helps on gathering information from various
individuals.
 Research choice: It undertake two main choices like quantitative and
qualitative method but for this research, quantitative method is useful as it
helps in offering reliable and numerical data in less period of time and cost
as well.
 Time horizon: It is undertaken the essential source of investigation as
without it, researcher cannot finish the project. It includes two main
approaches like cross-sectional and longitudinal. For the present research,
cross sectional is useful in order to complete work in effective way in given
period of time.
 Data collection: It is useful in order to collect both primary and secondary
data and to complete the research both are useful but majorly researcher
will consider primary source as it helps in collecting first-hand information in
order to gain reliable and accurate details.
 Sampling: It undertake the process of opting the sample for the total
population by considering non-probability and probability. For the present
research, probability sampling is useful in order to collect information from
the large number of people. For this, there is the use of 40 respondents to
gather information and attain objectives.
