The main reason for opting this research is to identify the significance of managing cultural diversity
that influence the performance and productivity of an organisation. It is beneficial in order to
effectively manage the cultural diversity in order to have effective expansion of an organisation and
also tends to enhance the growth and development of company. Hence, it is useful for me in order to
develop my own career considering the development factor effectively which is helpful for me in order
to deal with management issues.

According to Reynolds, (2017), Because of the suitable trends in the globalisation
and enhancement in diversity, it is important for company to undertake their
employers to learn manage themselves in cultural differences and individual
working attitudes. Moreover, cultural diversity tends to undertake effective
opportunities undertaking the enhancement in competitive edge by embracing
change within the market area and labour force. It also undertakes several
challenges like effective management of employees with various attitudes, beliefs
and values and also undertake avoiding liability in order to manage working
situations.
