at smaller level in the economy and they are offering various products which are dealing in

P6 Reflect on the effectiveness of research methods applied for meeting objectives of the
business research project
In order to complete the research, I have utilised both primary and secondary methods
which helped me pulling out relevant outcomes as per desired goals and objectives that I was
having. But, majorly I have taken under in use of qualitative method along with questionnaire
which aided in pulling out favourable results. On the other hand, I also considered all the
rules and regulations which aided and directly impacted positively while going through all
the investigation. Apart from this, it was important for me to utilise resources in a befitting
manner so that benefits can be gained right on time.
Through out the project, when I was going through the research I saw that adoption of
different approaches at workplace has assisted me out in pulling out results of investigation in
effective and efficient manner. In context of business I found that the firms can gain success
in order to determine impact of digital technology thus best tools and techniques can be used

in order to enhance skills and capabilities of employees so they can easily achieve all their
business gaols and objectives in desired time frames.

It has been located that, results which came out through investigation was very helpful
and impacted positively on research. On the other hand, some of other research methods that
can be taken under in use by an investigator are: Survey, Observations, Historical, Content
analysis, qualitative, experimental, interventional, quantitative, action research and many
more.
One of alternative investigating type in present context in order to understand the
concept and impact of digital technology on organisations is Survey. With the help of this, it
has been located that conclusions can easily be developed in specific and given time of
period.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it had been concluded that digital technologies are
playing vital role in order to enhance performances of Telecom Plus thus they will achieve
growth and success in their business operations. All the resources which are available in the
economy should be effectively utilised in order to perform business operations. Marketing is
vital task in order to analyse trends at market places and accordingly manufacture products
and services which satisfies needs and wants of customers. This helps in retaining loyal
customers who will enhance their sales and profitability ratios. As there was innovation of
technologies it helps in improving knowledge and skill of employees and now they are able
to achieve all their targets in desired time frames thus enhancing growth and profitability of
firms. According to the survey report it had been evaluated that most of the customers are
happy with the goods and services which are offered by Telecom Plus thus they were making
plans and strategies in order to expand their business operations all around the globe as it
helps in gaining higher profitability and revenues. In this modern era of competition each
firms are focused on adopting plans by which productivity can be maximised as it helps in
satisfying needs of customers who will be using the services which are offered by them. The
main aim of business are linked with using best tools and techniques which are beneficial for
their business operations thus their profitability ratios can be greatly enhanced. If advanced
tools and techniques are used for business operations then it result in completing all activities
of business in effective ways which have been given to their potential employees.
