What type of research approach and methodologies are you likely to use and why? What your
areas of research will cover:
Research philosophy- this have dealing with the nature and scope of the research be proving
them the effective way of conducting the strategy. this have the 4 4 types of philosophy that
are positivism, interpretivism, realism and pragmatism. This is tending to applied as the per
nature of the or the study along with its willingness. In the respective present study have the
implication of positivism philosophy along with gathering the factual knowledge.
Research approach- this have the consisting of the proper plan and procedures which have the
inclusion of all steps in order to make clear understanding regarding the collection of the
different information’s and analysing the data in apocopate way. Generally, there are two
types of approach available that are deductive and inductive. In this research their inductive
metro will be use in qualitative research and getting answer of research question
Research design this have the consisting of there greeting the answer of the problems along
with addressing the issues. Usually, it is of three types that are casual, exploratory and
descriptive. hence, the research have the usage of the exploratory research design along with
managing the what strategies are practice are need to be followed.
Research type- this have been the procedure in way of make proper identification of research
on the basis of objectives and different research questions. There are two common type which
is qualitative and quantitative. In this research will have the usage of their qualitative research
type to gains more level of theoretic knowledge of managing the diversity t workplace.
Data collection this is major method to have the analysing the data which is need to be
collected in order to get into the relevant and accurate data and arithmetic sources. This is
considered to be primary and secondary methods as in this day the scholar is using both the
methods as the to have questionnaire and significant literature review.
