Introduction
Talent management is a concept which is associated with identification of different skilled and
talented people which are required within organisation for managing the work in proper manner.
It is concluded that de identification as well as selection of right type of employees is necessary
within the company in order to manage the various activities related to staff. The talent
management helps in making the employees as well as company competitive within market. It is
helpful for managing attractive pay package, paid leaves, health insurance, periodical increment
for the staff and employees

This research is conducted for knowing about talent management and retaining of it within
organisation. This is very essential or the company to retain talented employees for profit of
company.

wards the talent management as this is one of the most emerging topic at present across the

whole worldwide. Whereas another purpose for finalising this project is to improve self knowl-
edge, skills and understanding so that the whole research can be concluded in an effective man-
ner and assist in attaining opportunities in near future related to the same.

WBS is used for managing the research activities effectively (Shah, Kumar, and Kim,
2014). The whole project work is divided into chunks of smaller activities. This is defined as the
way for managing the functions in proper manner.

(Spiess, and et. al., 2014). This is a schedule for managing the work of project.

As per the views of Torres, Fu, and Lehto, (2014), Talent management is essential for the
selected employees that they are provided effective training and development sessions and
programs for managing the emerging requirements of the company. Talent management consists
of recruiting, developing as well as retaining the best employees of the company. As per the
views of Yang, Liu, and Li, (2015), The human resource department of company manages the
working of the organisation properly as well as maintaining competitiveness among the
employees. There are various important functions of talent management. This help in
establishing a high-performance work force which is able to achieve organisation goals in a
specified time frame. It also helps in attracting various individuals who are having high potential
and these are required for managing the effectiveness of business operations.
Significance of talent management in the overall performance
As per the Dioko, (2016), Companies are benefited by having proper talent management
strategies. It is important for the companies to manage the functioning of business operations
properly. This is possible by having skilled and talented employees who will help in managing
the achievement of organisational goals and activities there are different pool of qualified as well
as talented employees who are required for managing the organisational goals properly. It is very
essential for the companies to manage the activities properly so that different issues and factors

As per the views of Gillespie, and Riddle, (2015), There are various benefits that a hospitality
company is having because of the proper talent management. There are various benefits that a
hospitality company is having because of the proper talent management. These include
connecting and sharing data, strategic hiring process, improve on boarding experience and
retaining top talent. When are companies having good talent management strategies then it is
able to connect and share data effectively. There is need of having good talent management
strategies for integrating and aligning the core HR processes. There is also profit to the company
if there is management of employees within the company who are skilled and talented. if there is
efficient and organised approach for on boarding then it is easy to manage the talent system.
Also it is helpful for employee development and learning. According to the views of (Griffitts,
2016), it enables employees for taking courses and developing skills in order to have good
professional development.

used by the investigator in order to complete the aims and objectives of the research. it is very
