can be accomplished. With an assistance of this, in-depth details about the
subject can be attained effectively.
In present investigation the use of both primary and secondary data collection
methods will be referred. In primary data collection the questionnaire will be
framed on the basis of aim and objectives.
In this, organisation like Thomas Cook will be a better preference to have
authentic collection of data. 5 managers of Thomas Cook will be the
participants of the study.
In this respect, application of thematic technique will be employed so that
information collected can be presented in appropriate manner
