This research proposal aims to investigate the importance of managing culture diversity in human resource management (HRM) within a business organization, specifically focusing on Marriott hotel. The research objectives include identifying the role of HRM in managing culture diversity, determining the challenges faced by companies in managing culture diversity in HRM, and exploring appropriate ways to manage diverse culture within HRM. The research questions revolve around the role of HRM in managing cultural diversity, the challenges faced by businesses in managing culture diversity in HRM, and the ways companies can implement for managing diverse culture within HRM. The proposal also includes a literature review that supports the research questions and objectives.
