Reasons for choosing the project
The reason behind the conduction of this research is to identify an effect of environmental friendly on
decision making process. Environmental concern is essential factor that are affecting customer's
spending decisions. Study of this concern has important impact on society willingness to purchase. In
context to hospitality industry, environmental factor has major role in decision making process.

Hospitality industry provide various services and products such as food and beverages,
accommodations, and other. Dispose waste food is important to avoid any environmental harm and
use that products and industry related goods those are based on eco-friendly because it helps in
increasing performance and minimize waste in organisation. Now days people are more aware
towards the eco-friendly products and services which are not harm to environment in any condition
and society also take care about their spending amount.

To examine the initiatives that can be adopted by hospitality industry in order to promote Eco-
friendly practices.
As per according to the viewpoint of Laura Fredericks, 2020, There are various advantages of green
marketing, in basic terms marketing of those products and services of hospitality industry which helps
in save environment with primary advantages for green marketing. Organisation wants to put their
efforts to be marketing which is environmental friendly and they also coming out of green goods. Some
benefits from this that are It assure sustained for long term with effectual profitability and initially cost
is high but for long time it saves amount. It assists in accessing various new markets and also firms get
competitive benefits. In present days’ hospitality sector shifted more towards environmental friendly
services, raw material, food and other goods

According to the viewpoint of Yatish Joshi, 2021, To avoid and reduce environment harm
organisation needs new innovated techniques in technology such as not day automation is up in every
industry it also eco-friendly. Hospitality industries require more automation technologies and some
effectual strategies for adopting eco-friendly and full-fill customer's satisfaction and retain them for
long term because people more attracted towards environmental goods and services.
