Methodology
In present study, descriptive research design will be used so that in-depth
information in regard to subject can be gathered. It will assist in analysing
the impact of motivation on performance.
Qualitative techniques of data collection and interpretation will be adopted
by researcher.
Questionnaire will be designed to accomplish primary data collection. Online,
books and other sources will provide support to secondary data collection.
Thematic technique of data analysis will be employed by investigator.
Responses will be taken from 30 employees of Tesco PLC in order to meet
key goals and objectives.

Recommendation
As per above study, it can be concluded that there are diverse kinds of motivation that
need to be referred by management. Classification of methods can be as intrinsic and
extrinsic motivation. It has been noticed that extrinsic motivation is related to the
personal needs of employee and intrinsic is associated with the organizational
performance. It has been noticed that motivational tools are beneficial to advance the
morale that also helps in improving overall performance.
It can be recommended that organization needs to plan motivation in accordance with the
level at which the employees are performing. It is necessary for business firm to make
sure that motivational techniques are being applied effectively so that goals and
objectives can be accomplished in desired way. Other than this, it can also be
recommended that for better understanding of the subject the further research can be
carried out. Investigation on role of motivation on employee performance will also be
evaluated in desired way.
