This research proposal focuses on evaluating the ways in which talent management acts as a lever for culture change in the hospitality industry, with a case study on Intercontinental hotels and resorts. The aim is to understand the importance and implications of talent management on employee performance, identify strategies for effective talent management, and explore how talent management drives cultural change. The research will use a deductive approach and quantitative research methods, including data collection through questionnaires. The project will also adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure data security and confidentiality.
