To determine the strategies and ways that can be adopted by Intercontinental hotel
and resort to ensure effective talent management at its workplace.

management is also enhancing thus, selection of current research topic and objective that
facilitates information about various strategies and ways that can be adopted by an hotel
and other organisation to ensure effective talent management at its workplace is rationale
and justifiable. Beside this, the current topic based on concept of talent management is also
important and necessary from educational and academic purpose of researcher and also
facilitates better information for other scholarly individuals.
