The another point that will build within an organisation with the aid of this is positive working environment and surroundings. Recommendations From the above mentioned information it has been recommended that development of gender equality at workplace support business organisation in achievement of long term goals and objectives. It has been suggested to an organization that they always focus over application of equal practices along with criterion's that focus over performance instead of gender. There are recommendations to the Apple company which will be explained as below: Development of Equality Act 2010:This is an effective way for Apple Inc. in promoting of gender equality at workplace. This act help company to product their all employees from any type of discrimination i.e. gender, age etc. This turn to impact on company by promoting their business performance and productivity. Providence of equal pay to men and female employees:Apple Inc. must provide equal pay to their all employees in accordance to their performance. This will help them in attainment of competitive advantages and also in reduction of high employee turnover.
