INTRODUCTION
Human resource are very fundamental asset for an enterprise that is considered as a
resource for achieving the competitive edge. Managing personnel is a complex and very
challenging procedure in compare to capital and technology management for their proper
administration. The system of HRM should be backed up through the strong activities of human
resources (Messersmith and et. al., 2011). It is essential for an organisation to manage human
resource division for retaining, attracting and sharing value of innovation. British Airways is one
of the largest UK airlines company that is also second largest company that carry passengers.
The purpose of this investigation is to accumulate proper and authentic data over the influence of
HRM at workplace along with its practices impact on performance of employee.

Each research is relied on some benefits and outcome which require to be complied by
the researcher in a ideal manner. In the respected report, specific points are being highlighted
that should be able to attain main target and objectives in adequate style, for which it is
paramount to examine each aspects of its influence. This research project will investigate the
influence of human resource activities on the worker's performance which can help in achieving
the determined target of organisation.
This assignment is based on human resource management activities and its various
impact on various aspects of an organisation. Nowadays, HRM are is playing a huge role within
an organisation helping a company in motivating, hiring and retaining their worker. There are
significant benefits of assigning rights person on accurate place or work-profile as this enhance
the outcome of whole enterprise (Berman and et. al., 2012). 80% of business associations are
opting the techniques of HRM for better working and functioning of their internal system and
delivering effective services at marketplace. With time, whenever required, human resource
management of British Airways is implying various theories and practices within their company
for effective development i.e. also the reason behind successful & satisfactory services of
company. These activities assist the company in enhancing their market position rendering more
potential buyers or consumer. Below, the determination of objectives and aims, appropriate
theme of research, perspective will be set that can help in carrying out authentic outcome. Such

activities and practices can help in meeting the accurate amount of users of services along with
the another nation where they are easily rendering distinct services.
