integration among the people, firms and legal authorities advanced the growth of international
trade, ideas and culture. Globalisation works as to promote sense of culture awareness,
international co-operation and economical interdependency (Globalization: The Concept,
Causes, and Consequences, 2019).
Thus, assignment is based on business activities of Fed ex corporation, engaged in
courier delivery service. It is the firm that is well known for the overnight shipping services. The
main aim of this assignment to identify the impact increasing trade across the boarders of goods
and services. In addition to it, this entity mainly engaged in overnight shipping service and also
pioneering the system that can track packages and provide true updates to customers.

In the present research, main aim of scholar is to identify the impact increasing trade
across the boarders of goods and service. At the time of making selection, the number of factor
affects the choice of researcher. Thus, scholars desires to identify the factors that works as to
influence the mind and choice of researcher. One of main object of researcher is to identify the
impact of globalisation over the export and import facilities.
This research will help to focus over the delivery system of chosen enterprise. Another
reason of selecting this topic is to determine the impact of increasing trade across the boarders of
goods and service (Cramer, 2017). Furthermore, researcher needs to acknowledge that how
factors of globalisation affects the working in developing countries.
Significance of study-

term that brought benefits to developed countries in both manner positive as well negative. Thus,
positive factor of globalisation will be inclusive of education, trade, technology, competition,
capital flows, culture and organisation structure. In the countries like developing, globalisation

This topic has been selected as it will be helpful in order to expand the business
opportunities at the worldwide level with help of participated by the facilitation of global
communication due to technical advancement, social-economic, political and environmental

globalisation is to provide enterprise superior competitive position with lower operating cost in
order to gain number of product, service and consumers ( Evrard, 2017). With help of conducting

Marshall and et.al., (2015) stated that globalisation is process in which people, companies and
legal authorities from the differ nations works as to interact and integrate with the help of
internation trade and investment and it also has impact on cultural environmental, political and
economic development so that each thing can be done in better and appropriate mode.
According to the view of Oke, Aigbavboa and Ibitoye, (2017) stated that globalisation
enables there activities and that can works as to have enhancement in globalisation with help of

technological advancement, difference in tax system, production issues, political, economical
that leads to globalisation in the business.
According to the view of Du Plessis, Varottil and Veldman, (2018) it can be stated that
global has its high impact over economical as it led to free trade and removed all the deterrent
that works as to prevented harmonious trade between the countries. Thus, globalisation mean
inter dependence of economics. Furthermore, it has been stated that advancement in

help of it better conclusion can be drawn.

components of study in coherent and logical manner. Thus, research design as descriptive, quasi-
experimental and correlation. In order to carry out the impact the researcher will have the use of
descriptive technique so that information can be determined in depth mode.
Sampling- This is very essential part in conducting the research study. Sampling is the
small part or sample of the population. It is not possible for the scholar to study the entire
population, so scholar select small sample for the study. In this present research, scholar will take
20 employees of Fed ex and simple random sampling technique will be use.

from variety of sources to get accurate picture of an area (Olimpia and Stela, 2017). There are
two method as primary and secondary. Thus, in order to carry out the impact of globalisation
research will have use of both technique so that depth information can avail.
Data analysis- This is term that defined as process of inspecting, cleansing and
transforming the data in terms to examine the each components of data provided. Thus, there are
two methods as qualitative and quantitative. In order to carry out the implication the researcher

survey with help of questionnaire.
