Aim and objectives
Aim of research project:
“To identify the impact of globalization on food habits of Citizen of Prahova.”
Objectives of the project:
 On the behalf of aim of study, set targets are to be described as follows:-
 To understand the concept of globalization for Prahova in food sector.
 To analyze the impact of globalization on Prahova’s food sector in terms of
introduction of foreign dishes.
 To understand changes in eating habits of people in Prahova due to
globalization
 To identify the impact of change in social and economic environment on the
eating habits of people in Prahova.

Research is based on understanding the impact of globalization on food
habits of Prahova's citizens. In this regard, different research questions
can be expressed like:-
 What is globalization?
 What is the extent of globalization have an impact on people eating
behavior? In terms of foreign dishes?
 What are the changes that come in peoples of Romania in eating habits
due to globalization?
 What is the impact of social and economic environment on eating habit
of country's people?
