Introduction
Our research project is dependent on following tasks which expresses the project based on
research analysis in terms of some important parts or subdivisions of the project like the
formulation of research planning based specifications, literature review being analysed critically
for Elite London-based company of management and planning pattern or mode. Then suitable
research methodology is formulated in terms of the project based on certain criterions of
observations followed by findings based on research outcomes and research analysis and then
suggested recommendations or solutions for improvement of research-based designs based on
the chosen company for doing research namely Elite London located in the heartland of United
Kingdom.
Overview of Elite London Company in the UK
Elite London is a UK-based management company renowned for taking management
business throughout the world or globally with adequate strength and capacity of private
infrastructure based framework and private management based framework of managerial and
administrative business respectively. Its three mottos or modus operandi are got ready, get fit
and try hard to get the valuation in terms of profits and sales revenues respectively.

LO1: Understanding the method of formulation research project
1.1 Formulation of research project outline specifications
As per Simpson, et al. (2015,p. 78), formulation of research project in terms of drawing of
important guidelines and frameworks of research project can be done or appropriated terms
of certain terms and conditions and the guidelines of research project are framed in terms of
important guidelines based on certain parameters and preconditions which should be
maintained with obedience and thoroughly planned manner .The basic criterions for the
formulation of research are creation of appropriate scenarios, simulation and conduction
based efficient process of research process of main and allied properties and processes of
business respectively. Similarly research based specification should also include some ethical

considerations and optimality based conditions of business in terms of sustainability criteria
or codes of ethics and protocols of research-based goals realisation process.
1.2 Factors affecting research project specification
Factors determining research process or research project based activities are outlined and
illustrated as follows in terms of Elite London-based UK's most prominent and performing
management and business based company in terms of certain goals and ethics o0f
management based rules and regulations abided by the business processes respectively in
intense fashion.
Aims and objectives:
Research aim: As per Savery (2015, p.13) , our research aim is to conduct short run and
long run analysis of the administration of Elite London based UK company respectively in
terms of finding the manner or way by which the company moves ahead in business due to
the contribution of its management based sector.
Research Objectives: The objectives of our research work are:
1. The factors contributing to the effective performance of Elite Group.
2. The short-run macroeconomic variable based affecting its profits of Elite Group
3. The long run macro variables affecting the performance of an Elite group.
4. The intensity of improvement of overall company of Elite London (UK)‘s infrastructure due
to the short and long run determinants are taken or considered for our research work.
Research questions: The research questions will be:
1. What are the factors affecting the performance of Elite London in London established in
the United Kingdom?
2. What are the short-run economic variables busy in improving the infrastructure of Elite
Group via different causes and criterions of business activities respectively?
3. What are the long-run factors affecting the infrastructure of Elite Group?
4. What is the magnitude of development due to these factors affecting the research process
of the business of Elite group respectively?
Formation of hypotheses:

As per Rabus et al. (2014, PB 21.), biologically weighted quantities in radiotherapy: We are
testing the null hypothesis of no impact of the managerial body of Elite company's
performance against the alternative hypothesis of a maximum impact of the managerial body
on the performance of the elite group.
Constraints of our research work The constraints of our research work are time-based and
financial credit based constraints which limit the scope or intensity of our research work on
Elite London company.
1.3 Critical review of Elite London
As per Napoli et al. (2016, p.55), Elite London is a company with huge infrastructural base
and with huge infrastructural framework of business in terms of the motos like get ready ,get
fit and get valuation in terms of its distribution over 480 companies with an investor base of
investor based individual base over 250 or more.It is a management institute based on
educational management, business supporting measures and relevant processes of mentoring
and administrative framework of business being served in and around the world respectively.
As per Napoli et al. (2015, p.155),the critical evaluation of Elite London can be done in
increased autonomy based power of the organisation in terms of varied terms and conditions
of management based businesses respectively in both net and gross terms which creates the
feature of replacing of perfectly competitive framework of business with monopoly based
infrastructure of business which creates problem of too much of monopolistic exploitation in
terms of earning of supernormal profits of business respectively.
1.4 Production or presentation of research project on Elite London.
As per Stvilia et al. (2015, p. 255), production methodology or presentation processes of Elite
London may be done in terms of certain terms and conditions of businesses based on oral and
written presentation in terms of the research conducted in intense term or manner based on
ethical disciplines and suitable codes of practices of research works. In the present study,
focus is laid on assessing the short and long run analysis of Elite London. To conduct this
study, both qualitative and quantitative techniques are used in order to gain deep insight of
the subject matter. In this respect, questionnaire and interview are used as part of data
collection tools. Questionnaire is used to obtain data from clients of Elite London where
interview is held to accumulate responses of managers. Sample size of 40 clients are
considered for survey along with 2 managers for interview.

Ethical issues: While conducting the research, ethical issues are focused and efforts are
incorporated to address the same. Data is stored in secured manner and same is accessed by
authentic person only. Same will be destroyed after completing the research in any manner.
Data is used for research purpose only and will not be shared by third party.
Limitation: Multimethod data collection makes the research more complex and also
challenges the research schedule. Also, gaining data from clients of Elite London is an issue
as they are accessible easily. Time and cost is another limitation of this study that might
affects the research outcome.
1.5 Appropriate plan and procedure for specification of the research on Elite
London.
The plan and procedure of our research work is based on stratification, identification of
methodologies and feedback based mechanisms of our research work being thoroughly
applied in our research businesses in varied proportions and amounts.
