Cost: This defined to be the key considered area of a research, therefore, it is necessary for the
researcher is to manage cost and capital for the better execution of investigation operations.
However, in this existing research both primary an secondary research area executed to

Reflection
In the existing report the analysis is based on determining the ways through which
policies and codes of conduct in against discrimination at workplace lead to employee
retention, in this way, it is a compelling region of academic composing which is basic in
giving appropriate point by point examination to upgrade information and thought according
to a particular examination area. I am a lot of cheerful and happy to get an opportunity to
execute an assessment over such an wider territory, along these lines, this is huge for me in
investigating my insight base towards the region of discrimination and the potential
approaches and code of behaviors that are successfully being actualized by the organizations
to hold representatives for longer run of business activities. In this current assessment I have
been seen that, the determination of strategy is the earlier commitment for the researcher to
execute examination exercises in suitable way. Along these lines, in this current
examination setting, quantitative exploration approach is being executed by the analyst as
this system is compelling in leading detailed investigation in which data collection depends
on established facts and figures. Subsequently, deductive methodology and positivism
theory are likewise named to be the huge perspective which gives itemized enlightening
investigation over quantitative exploration through actualizing reasonable speculations and
theory that are based on examining the ways through which policies and codes of conduct in
against discrimination at workplace lead to employee retention. Thus, these tool are
significant in providing suitable analysis via establishing coordination with each other as the

magazines are basic in creating hypothetical system, which gives appropriate thought
regarding the examination subject.
Notwithstanding from this, I have been perceiving that in this current venture,
primary examination is the key wellspring of gathering data, in this way there are different
angles like survey, case study, focus group, interview and so on. Therefore, these all are the
effective source of gathering primary information, out of that, interview is termed to be the
most effective alternative tool which can be implement through the researcher at the area of
questionnaire, but it is slit time consuming in nature as in this information accumulation is
possible via developing personal round with participants. The potential reason for selecting
questionnaire is that it is an effective tool which is valuable in gathering information from
the wider population and create more value than interview.
I am feeling pleasant to get in-depth idea about the area of academic and business
writing, thus it is efficacious for me in rendering effective recognition to use methodologies
